Key Dates and Deadlines
All roofing contractors in Oklahoma must hold a valid CIB endorsement by this date. Operating without a license after this date is a criminal misdemeanor with fines up to $1,000/day.
Schedule your exam by May 1 to allow time for CIB processing before the July 1 deadline. Don't wait until June — processing takes up to 10 business days.
With 119 days until the deadline, you have time — but don't wait. Most contractors who fail do so because they underestimated the exam difficulty.
