How to Get Your Oklahoma Roofing License

    Study the CIB Exam Topics

    Register with the CIB

    Create an account at cib.ok.gov and schedule your proctored exam. The test costs $92 per examination portion and is administered by PSI Testing.

    Pass the Exam (70% or higher)

    Score 70% or higher to pass the multiple-choice, computer-based exam. Retakes require a 30-day wait after the first failure and 90 days after subsequent failures — aim to pass the first time.

    Get Your Insurance (Required)

    CIB requires proof of at least $500,000 in General Liability insurance before issuing your roofing endorsement. Get a quote in 5 minutes.
